Scope and fee
Each package has a fixed monthly fee covering the work listed for it. Your band is set by annual turnover or monthly transactions, whichever is higher, and is reviewed if the business moves between bands.
Work outside the package
Any other assignment not included in your package is billed separately, or the scope is changed in line with an agreed new monthly fee. Nothing outside scope starts without your written go-ahead.
Your part
Complete and timely records - bank statements, invoices and correspondence from the revenue authority. Filing deadlines depend on records arriving in time.
Our part
Accurate books, returns filed on time from the information supplied, and a designated person on your account from the Ledger package up.
Pricing and currency
Fees are in Pula. The fee on your signed quote is the fee you pay.
Ending the engagement
Either side may end the engagement on written notice as set out in the engagement letter. We hand over your records and a status of open filings.
Bookkeepers on our team
Your work is done by an Olorato bookkeeper employed by Olorato and working to its standards. Olorato remains responsible to you for the engagement.
